Vandana Ram Allman possesses deep experience advising senior leaders. Her expertise enhances decision makers’ understanding and fluency with complexity, risk, and consequence.
Across generations and industries, a consistent truth emerges. Senior leaders step into responsibility to leave systems better than they found them. Partnering with executives, Vandana aligns mission, values, and strategy. Leadership teams evolve how they work together and serve internal and external constituencies. Her approach balances transformation with stability. Organizations move through change with adaptation and greater confidence.
At The Gallup Organization, Vandana was Global Practice Group Leader and Senior Strategic Consultant. She shaped how complex enterprises assessed and developed leadership capacity across government, healthcare, intelligence, and legal systems.
Later, advising a national professional services firm, Vandana addressed succession risk and executive development priorities across a geographically dispersed enterprise. She expanded leadership depth, strengthened decision pathways, and accelerated enterprise capability through integrated analysis of internal and external metrics. That work supported launching a strategic plan grounded in intentional leadership renewal.
Founding Avaz Leadership in 2016, Vandana built a firm supporting leadership teams navigating complexity and change. Avaz partners primarily with healthcare, financial, nonprofit, and higher education institutions responding to rising operational, cultural, and strategic demands.
Most recently, Vandana led an intensive eighteen-month leadership development effort across the healthcare continuum, holding responsibility for integration across clinical, operational, and enterprise leadership. Leaders applied learning directly inside their systems; decisions shifted, collaboration deepened, and enterprise impact increased. Longitudinal evidence showed measurable gains in decision quality, leadership effectiveness, and system-wide outcomes.
Within higher education, Vandana serves as a Clifton Scholar and Senior Strengths Coach at George Mason University and adjunct faculty at Georgetown University. There she works with leadership teams navigating high-stakes strategy and transformation.
Vandana regularly speaks to senior and public audiences on strengths-based leadership, adaptive leadership, and workforce engagement.
Her credentials include a Certificate in Executive Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation, and certifications in Gallup CliftonStrengths®, The Leadership Circle 360, and Culture and Diversity to Belonging facilitation. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from Xavier University.
